By accessing or using Estimy (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Estimy is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables users to create quotes, invoices, and manage client relationships. The Service is provided “as is” and may be updated or modified at any time.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Providing accurate and complete information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code or content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
5. Subscription and Payments
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Estimy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Estimy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Estimy and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state where our company is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
